Werkstudent/Praktikant (m/w/d) – Zeitaufnahme

Als Werkstudent/Praktikant in der Produktion (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Zeitaufnahme von Produktionsprozessen und sammelst parallel zu deinem Studium wertvolle Praxiserfahrungen. Eine wichtige Aufgabe ist die Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur Optimierung dieser Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung der REFA-Grundsätze zur Erfassung und Analyse von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessdaten.

Your new workspace:

  • Erfassung und Dokumentation von Arbeitsprozessen in der Produktion
  • Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur Optimierung der Prozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Abteilungen, um ein umfassendes Verständnis der Arbeitsabläufe zu entwickeln

Our requirements:

  • Prozessverständnis im Bereich Produktion
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, Word und Power Point
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit bei der Arbeit
  • Flexibilität in Bezug auf Arbeitszeiten (je nach Produktionsbedarf früher oder später Arbeitsbeginn)
  • Eigenständiges Arbeiten und proaktives Herangehen an Aufgaben
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) erforderlich
