MTOfree

The MTOfree is unlimited freedom. It shows you the world from a different perspective and gives access to nature‘s great vastness, unknown cultures, or remarkable animal realm, realizing astonishing one-of-a-kind experiences.

Are you ready to feel freedom with every fibre of your body? Do you wish to see the beauty and wilderness of our world? The MTOfree will take you there. Experience the purest way to fly and enjoy the difference!

AutoGyro offers two versions of the MTOfree.

The original no-frills MTOfree is based on the MTOsport classic and is the most simple and open version that AutoGyro makes. The body is replaced by an instrument nacelle, a basic front seat fitted, and the rotor head position adjusted to take account of the centre of gravity change. Large tundra tyres can be fitted for that real ‘off-road’ country flying capability too.

This is flying in its most basic form and fun too. There is nothing quite like flying an almost completely open gyroplane, an experience guaranteed to leave you with an AutoGyro grin!

MTOfree’s are not for long-distance or high-speed flights; it’s breezy without windshields! So, for those pilots or passengers who want to still get the open-air feeling, AutoGyro developed the MTOsport 2017 to enable it to be flown without the body side panels fitted. This means that the occupants get more wind protection, and yet still get the open air feel and yet can still travel longer distances at higher speeds.

AutoGyro aircraft – versatile and capable!
